Nicole has worked at INNOVATIVE for more than 15 years, strengthening her expertise as a creative storyteller, marketing strategist, and all-around media maven. She develops the overall direction and strategy for big projects, including everything from video production to multi-channel marketing campaigns. No matter the medium, her greatest expertise is transforming chaotic problems into creative solutions that build your brand and move the meter forward.

Outside of work, Nicole’s a true downtown dweller. She loves having everything just a short walk away—whether she’s spending time on the Canal or enjoying a good wine-and-game night with her friends. As an Indy transplant, Nicole has built an unmatched family of friends here in the city, and that chosen family has supported her through all the amazing highs and necessary lows of life.

"Working for Riley, we once told the story of a couple with a high-risk pregnancy. Their baby ended up passing away. But they still asked us to share their story at the Riley Luncheon, so their tragedy could give other parents hope. I never truly understood what it meant to be courageous until I met them."

Four Custom WordPress Websites for Fishers Parks

In 2023, our team began working with the City of Fishers to consolidate their municipal websites into a single WordPress ecosystem. This years-long task required adapting over 13 websites across multiple CMS platforms and rebuilding them into one cohesive multisite. The project's final phase concluded with launching four unique websites under the Fishers Parks brand.
