Director of Client Strategy

Curt has over 20 years of experience managing complex projects and outstanding client experiences. As the Director of Client Strategy, Curt leads our team of account managers, coordinating new business endeavors and working with clients on everything from strategy to budgeting. He’s especially passionate about project management and building client relationships that become lasting partnerships.

At home, Curt and his wife Marcy stay active with their two sons, Jack and Carter. Both boys are heavily involved in extracurriculars. So, when he’s not helping his kids study, Curt’s often coaching soccer, helping with cross-country meets, or attending the latest school play. In his free time, Curt also enjoys playing his guitar or going for a run—with 16 mini-marathons under his belt.

Four Custom WordPress Websites for Fishers Parks

In 2023, our team began working with the City of Fishers to consolidate their municipal websites into a single WordPress ecosystem. This years-long task required adapting over 13 websites across multiple CMS platforms and rebuilding them into one cohesive multisite. The project's final phase concluded with launching four unique websites under the Fishers Parks brand.

In 2017, the Indiana Pacers worked with INNOVATIVE to wow the NBA and win the bid for the 2021 All-Star Game, bringing the event to Indianapolis for the first time since 1985. Due to the pandemic, Indy’s chance to host was delayed until 2024. But after seven years of anticipation, our team helped tip-off the event and ensure that the 2024 All-Star Game would be a weekend to remember.
