Terry is an Emmy Award-winning producer and co-owner of INNOVATIVE. He has a range of producer and director credits as diverse as anyone working in television today, including: the Indy 500, the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, and Red Bull Rampage.
Back in the 80s, he helped build ESPN’s reputation as the “Worldwide Leader of Sports.” He was a producer for the NTT IndyCar Series on NBC Sports, the EP for the Jim Irsay Collection Band Concerts around the county and is a Coordinating Producer for Good Morning America’s remote at the WNBA All-Star Game. Altogether, Terry has received six Emmy Awards for his work, as well as the prestigious “Sagamore of the Wabash” from Governor Evan Bayh and second from Governor Eric Holcomb. In 2024, Terry also received the Lambda Chi Alpha National Order of Achievement.
Now, Terry and his wife Louise reside in downtown Indianapolis. Their son Chris was a founding member of the Indianapolis Ballet and an occasional freelancer at INNOVATIVE, while their son Cory is a performer on Broadway and regional theaters around the world.
