Account Manager

Sophia brings nearly five years of experience to our account management team. In her role, she coordinates all day-to-day scheduling for the Eli Lilly BTV Production Studio while managing several of our other client accounts. Sophia works with local freelancers and global vendors to execute flawless events, and she’s especially passionate about people—working with our clients to forge truly meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Sophia is an avid thrift shopper who loves outdoor activities and sharing a good cocktail with friends. She’s also a self-proclaimed homebody and often spends her nights at home with her two rescued cats, Millie and Oliver. After a long day, her favorite way to relax is a nice yoga flow with some kitty cuddles to wind down.

For Indy Ignite's inaugural season, we turned the Ignite the Fire team mantra into the in-season campaign. This included the design and development of social media templates and the production of in-arena video elements.

We brought a unique, creative spark to the launch of the brand, working directly with the owners to ignite our community and represent the burning passion for volleyball in our city.

An Innovative Tip Off for the 2024 NBA All-Star Game

In 2017, the Indiana Pacers worked with INNOVATIVE to wow the NBA and win the bid for the 2021 All-Star Game, bringing the event to Indianapolis for the first time since 1985. Due to the pandemic, Indy’s chance to host was delayed until 2024. But after seven years of anticipation, our team helped tip-off the event and ensure that the 2024 All-Star Game would be a weekend to remember.

Launching a Luxe Cocktail Brand That Exudes Elegance
