Conrad Piccirillo

President and Executive Producer

Conrad is a National Emmy Award-winning director and co-owner of INNOVATIVE. He has more than 30 years of experience in broadcast and event production, including nearly a decade as a director and producer for ESPN. Over the years, Conrad has earned six National Emmy Awards for his direction and storytelling, and he’s shaped the coverage for countless unique events in sports, news, and entertainment.

With only six words to describe his life, Conrad would say: make it look like a parade. At INNOVATIVE, he’s both our Chief Disorganizer and the heart of the company, uplifting everyone around him with his loyal dog Chloe by his side. Conrad doesn’t take many vacations, but even if he did, he’d still be out taking photos, making connections, and helping people for fun. His helping spirit has made him the proud recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash Award presented by Governor Eric Holcomb. The awards is the highest honor which the Governor of Indiana bestows.

Conrad's Favorite INNO Memory

"When we decided to put a mural in the office. We were sitting at Hotel Tango, just looking at our empty white wall across the street, and Nicole suggested a mural. The impact has been huge—not just brightening the energy of the office, but also giving back to the community."
