Eric is an Emmy Award-winning editor who’s been with INNOVATIVE since the company’s inception, bringing 40 years of broadcast and editing experience to the team. He enjoys blending the technical and creative aspects of editing to help people tell their story effectively and with excellence. He also occasionally steps into the role of director, supervising broadcast setup and the overall feel of the production.

Eric has been married to his loving wife Terry for more than 30 years—blessed with two daughters and now proud Pop-Pop of two beautiful grandkids. He loves going to the cinema, watching quality television (a rarity), and enjoying an excellent meal at a new restaurant. Eric also enjoys playing games with his friends and family, whether that’s cards, tabletop, or strategy games.

We took special care to ensure the video captured MELI's effortless style and sophistication, using sleek animations that reveal each story beat in time to the music. We also refrained from any specific references to the anniversary, opting to tell the brand story in an evergreen way that celebrates the past while also promoting the future.
