Eric is an Emmy Award-winning editor who’s been with INNOVATIVE since the company’s inception, bringing 40 years of broadcast and editing experience to the team. He enjoys blending the technical and creative aspects of editing to help people tell their story effectively and with excellence. He also occasionally steps into the role of director, supervising broadcast setup and the overall feel of the production.

Eric has been married to his loving wife Terry for more than 30 years—blessed with two daughters and now proud Pop-Pop of two beautiful grandkids. He loves going to the cinema, watching quality television (a rarity), and enjoying an excellent meal at a new restaurant. Eric also enjoys playing games with his friends and family, whether that’s cards, tabletop, or strategy games.

In 2017, the Indiana Pacers worked with INNOVATIVE to wow the NBA and win the bid for the 2021 All-Star Game, bringing the event to Indianapolis for the first time since 1985. Due to the pandemic, Indy’s chance to host was delayed until 2024. But after seven years of anticipation, our team helped tip-off the event and ensure that the 2024 All-Star Game would be a weekend to remember.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) came to INNOVATIVE with an urgent campaign need. There were millions in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans available for Indiana small businesses—but only 30 days left to apply. We immediately jumped in to action, going from initial call to campaign launch in less than seven days.

We Partnered with Indiana Sports Corp to help bring another Men’s and Women’s Final Four to Indianapolis

For nearly 20 years, INNOVATIVE has worked with Indiana Sports Corp to design breathtaking bids for major sporting events. In 2022, Indiana Sports Corp began bidding on the next wave of Men’s and Women’s Final Four events and selected INNOVATIVE to be their creative partner. Together, we successfully brought these game-changing events to Indianapolis once again.
