Riverview Health was in the midst of a system-wide rebrand and needed more than a website vendor. They were looking for a collaborative partner that understood their vision and cared about their success. INNOVATIVE listened to their needs and developed a digital strategy to attack the project with a plan and a purpose.
First, INNOVATIVE led an interactive strategy session with key Riverview stakeholders and their marketing agency to determine wants and needs.
From there, a digital content strategy and overall website plan was developed. We worked closely with Riverview and their chosen agency for each step in the project plan. Together, we eliminated outdated content, developed a responsive website based on user activation, and integrated all of their key technologies.
Since the launch of the site in April 2014, Riverview Health has seen a steady increase in metrics for all key areas of the site, including find a doctor searches, bill paying and class registration.
INNOVATIVE continues to work with Riverview Health on a monthly basis to update code and continually add enhancements to the site. In addition to the website work, we also develop videos to be featured in the storytelling portion of their current service line campaigns.
